Our client is looking for a Senior Planner to be based on a large new
build project in the Cheshire area. The project is a commercial
and industrial new build with a total project value of around £50
million. Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager you main
roles & responsibilities will be;

• To provide co-ordinated planning strategies
• To assist in the preparation of prelims
• To provide programmes as
required for pre-construction and
construction activities
• Produce and monitor programme and planning activities
• Advise teams of appropriate action
• Anticipate opportunities for risks in advance and advise on options to resolve.
