Senior Project Manager

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to run a 2 phased mixed use project in the North West area. The scheme has a combined project value of £100 million. Reporting to the construction director you will be responsible for delivering the project from becoming involved in the design to project handover. Ideally you will have a main contracting background and have previous experience running circa £30 million schemes from inception to completion.This project is going to be a flagship project for this national contractor and would be an excellent scheme to be involved in.Any candidates who would like more information on this role can speak with me confidentially.
