Design Manager

Our client, a leading full-service construction business has a new and exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to work on both a regional and major projects, such as Frameworks, two stage tenders, and PFI. You will report to the Principal Design Manger functionally and provide support to Assistant and Trainee Design Managers. You will be responsible for leading the Design team to ensure that the overall project requirements are satisfied, to vet contractor design quotes technically and commercially for the compliance with the tender documents and cost plan requirements. The ideal candidate will be from either a regional or national main contractor background and excellent communication skills are essential. Full Job Specification available on request.
