Commercial Manager

Our client, one of the leading international main contractors has a new
opportunity for a Commercial Manager, for an exciting Building Schools
for the Future (BSF) project. You will initially be involved in the
pre-contract work for approximately 6 months and then commercially
oversee the project that will be worth in the region of £10m. The ideal
candidate will have previous experience of contracting between the
values of £5m - £15m, be client facing and previously managed a Cost
Planning & Procurement function. Experience in the education sector
would be a distinct advantage.
