Commercial Manager - Facilities Management

An exciting vacancy has
arisen for a Commercial Manager within an international contractor.
Working in the FM division, this role is responsible for cost modelling
the delivery of FM strategies for PFI and non PFI contracts. The
successful candidate will have engineering, building or technical
background and also have commercial experience. Previous budgetary
management and M&E financial modelling experience is essential.
Ideally this role would suit an M&E Quantity Surveyor with
maintenance and FM experience.
