Initially you will be based on site in Crewe but then also sites in the South Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have a good solid background with at least 5 years of site management experience. The successful candidate will have the complete responsibility for running jobs alone from inception to completion. Although most projects are based in the North West, you will be required to work in other areas of the UK.

Our client, an international housing and development group, are looking for a Construction manager to oversee internal fit out and envelope of a large new build hospital in Merseyside. The ideal candidate will have main contractor experience of projects of circa £15m. Healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essential.

One of the top 20 contractors is currently looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to join a current site team based in Liverpool.  You will be part of the construction management team overseeing the delivery of this large commercial, residential and associated landscaping which is due to complete in 2009.  Ideally you will have experience of running your own projects as a number or as working as part of a team on larger schemes.  Applicants are welcome from either a trades or educational background, ideally holding a HNC or equivalent.  Up to date construction related training would be an advantage, including CSCS card and 5 Day CITB Safety Training Scheme.
