Project Managers

Due to expansion and the increase in workload our client, a large regional contractor had an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working for a large regional or main contractor and managing projects up to the value of circa £5m. You will be responsible for a range of different exciting projects, both refurbishment and newly constructed retail, residential, leisure and commercial builds.

Our client, a regional property developer and building contractors have a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to be based on a multimillion pound Healthcare project. The ideal candidate will will have a proven track record of timely project delivery with other main contractors in the North West area. 

A dynamic and forward thinking Project Manager is required for a £20 million commercial new build scheme in the Lancashire area.  Ideally you will have a proven track record of timely project delivery with other main contractors in the North West area.  This particular scheme is one of the companies high profile schemes as the client is a large blue chip organisation.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to run a 2 phased mixed use project in the North West area. The scheme has a combined project value of £100 million. Reporting to the construction director you will be responsible for delivering the project from becoming involved in the design to project handover. Ideally you will have a main contracting background and have previous experience running circa £30 million schemes from inception to completion.This project is going to be a flagship project for this national contractor and would be an excellent scheme to be involved in.Any candidates who would like more information on this role can speak with me confidentially.
