Our client is looking for a Planning Manager to
join the Liverpool office within their North West region. You would
specifically be responsible for both tender and contract planning for
projects which fall in the Merseyside area. You will also be required
to oversee other planners within your remit. This is a rare and senior
opportunity for either someone who has experience in the role or a
Senior Planner who is looking for the next step up

Our client is looking for a Senior Planner to be based on a large new
build project in the Cheshire area. The project is a commercial
and industrial new build with a total project value of around £50
million. Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager you main
roles & responsibilities will be;

• To provide co-ordinated planning strategies
• To assist in the preparation of prelims
• To provide programmes as
required for pre-construction and
construction activities
• Produce and monitor programme and planning activities
• Advise teams of appropriate action
• Anticipate opportunities for risks in advance and advise on options to resolve.

Our client, a leading national main contractor seeks a Planning Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the planning department, for managing the project planning, comprising programming, progress monitoring, information flow, procurement and the site construction works. In order to carry out the role effectively, it will be necessary to liaise with all parties including the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities on all matters relating to planning and programming. Duties will also include chairing planning meetings together with the preparation and presenting reports in respect to planning the project. The planner manager will be expected to contribute to progress control as a member of the project team and assist in the management of change in regards to impact on programmes and progress. The ideal candidate will be from a similar main contracting background.

An exciting opportunity as arisen for a Planner to work within one of the UK’s leading construction organisations. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working for a main contractor. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the entire programme of work and anticipate contracts demands in terms of labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have previous experience construction planning working for a Main Contractor and ideally project value of up to £10m would be a distinct advantage.  

Our client, a leading full service construction business has a new and exciting opportunity for a Planner. The successful candidate will be based on a large new build site in Liverpool for 2.5 years. The project is a £70 million retail scheme, part demolition and new build and part refurbishment. You must have able to demonstrate past experience of programming works on large sites and the use of Microsoft Project and Primavera is also necessary.

Senior Planning Manager is required to join one of the top ten contractors in the UK. This role is specifically to work as part of an educational framework agreement in the North West, therefore as Planning Manager you will be required to oversee several planners throughout the North West based on a variety of these schemes running concurrently. The
Planning Manager will be responsible for the coordination, preparation,
monitoring and maintenance of schedules from the design stage through
to programmes on site. This
