Our client, an international main contractor has a vacancy for a freelance Site Manager, for a prestigious scheme in Liverpool City Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous fit out experience, and have worked on large mixed projects with a value of around £10 million. This is a long term temporary contract.

Our client, an international housing and construction group is looking for a Senior QS to be based on a PFI Healthcare project. You will be responsible for internal finishes, internal packages and F,F,E. This contract runs for 5-6 months. Previous experience of working on a PFI project is advantageous but not essential.

Our client, a regional contractor with a national based workload is looking for a freelance site manager to be based on a large office refurbishment project in Manchester. You will be managing the site from rip out to full interior fit out. This contract runs for 4-5 months to start in January. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing sites from inception to completion. A valid CSCS card is essential along with Health & Safety/First Aid training.
