Aiding with the tender process is achieving a cost-effective solution to the design by co-ordinating design team, including chairing tender design meetings.
Post Tender:
Reporting to the Technical Director, ensuring that all designers are working together and are issuing information correctly, on time and to the specification. Running design team meetings on a regular basis and making sure that all aspects of the design are value engineered and understood by all parties.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record with a similar main contractor and experience of similar size projects, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
