One of the UK’s leading main contractors requires an Experienced Administrator who will then progress to the role of Document controller, to work from a busy project office in Chester. The role of the Administrator is to ensure that all clerical aspects of the office are attended to proactively and efficiently enabling all office staff to work easily and quickly and without disruption in respect of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring a well-ordered and tidy working environment, to process all incoming and outgoing post, actively respond to all external callers whether by phone or in person, keep all filing up to date and well-managed, ensure all general office machinery is maintained, ensure a stationery ordering system is in place and that it is effectively followed to provide adequate supplies at all times and control meeting room bookings and provide refreshments as required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role.

Secretary/PA
Our client, a leading international main contractor with a large portfolio of work has a new and exciting vacancy for a Secretary/PA. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and personable individual with previous experience of assisting a director of a similar large organisation. You must be a highly organised individual as you will be responsible for electronic diary management, arranging board meetings, typing and filing documents. Experience of using a variety of office computer programmes would be a distinct advantage.
Training Administrator
Our client, one of the UK’s top 10 main contractors is looking for a Training Administrator to work from their Salford Quays Office in Manchester. This role requires a detailed, conscious individual with excellent organisational skills and diary management experience. Duties include booking courses, maintaining accurate records, producing and distribution joining instructions, compilation of CITB grant applications, production of regional training plan. The successful candidate will currently be working within a demanding administration role and looking for a new challenge.
Business Assistant
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a large main contractor for two Business Assistants to provide administration support to the site team on a large prestigious project in Merseyside. Duties will include:-
• Establishing and maintain electronic and hard copy project filing system
• Diary management for Senior Project Team
• Document Production, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Reception duties
• Any other administration support required
The role will be support by a resident Document Controller and office assistant. Candidates should be self motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging environment.
